A: Ultrix is a company dedicated to making computers better. 
Q: What do you do?
A: We repair Laptops, Desktops, and Servers. After we repair the hardware, We check your software for malware, and we help protect you from attacks by upgrading your firmware to latest version.

Q: Why do we do what we do?
A: We repair Computers because here at Ultrix, computers are our passion.

Q: What or who inspired you to start this company?
A: My Father had gotten me into computers around the age of 4. Eventually I got into computer repair. - Jackson Pollard, CEO
Q: What role does your family play in your business/life?
A: In terms of my business, I am the one who runs all of it. In terms of my life, my family essentially take care of me.
Q: What motivates your company to serve others?
A: Computer Repair is a very important thing because computers are what keep the world connected.
